Mini Mission – Thursday 1Feb2018

Declutter and unwanted gift. You are really not obliged to keep items given to you by other people if they are of no use to you . These items are butter off being handed on to someone who actually might enjoy them or have a use for them.

  1. I used to do this often. Don’t get many gifts any more since we have stopped that as much as we can so no longer have the problem.

  2. I found 2 things in my office that my coworkers gave me – a plastic Halloween decoration and a fabric tissue box cover printed with my college mascot. I would have never bought either of these things! So I just stuck them in a drawer at the office and forgot about them. But eventually I will retire, and that stuff would have travelled to our home. Better to get rid of it now than bring it home later.
