Mini Mission ~ Friday 22Dec2017
Declutter a couple of old shabby shoes that you no long choose to use.
Declutter a couple of old shabby shoes that you no long choose to use.
Declutter your fridge of out of date items or by using up as much as possible before adding more. With the holiday season here you will likely need every inch of spare space.
Declutter by recycling some items. That mound ofused takeout containers, old newspapers and magazines, paperwork that needs shredding, glass jars you set aside in case you have a use for them but never have…
Start a trial separation on an item or two that you are on the fence about letting go. Put this/these items in a out of the way place where you won’t encounter them on a daily basis and wait to see if you seek them out. If they haven’t been used or missed in a few months then I think it would be safe to say it is time to let them go.
Declutter some old packaging materials that you don’t think you are likely to use any time soon. Especially if they are taking up way too much space.
Declutter an unloved gift you have received in the past that you have only kept out of obligation. You might want to do this again after the holiday season. Tee hee!
Declutter old medications that have gone out of date. This is a task that usually doesn’t take long but is important to keep up with. I only wish we hadn’t had a reason to use up some antinausia and diarrhoea medications this week that was nearing their used by date. 😞
Declutter a couple of books that you feel you are unlikely ever to want to read again.
Find a couple of items to sell that you no longer use. List them on the internet through a local buy swap and sell sight, ebay, Facebook or the like. It is sometimes easier to let go of items when you can get a little cold hard cash in return.
Declutter a couple of clothing items that have gotten too shabby to wear in public. Or that you just don’t wear any more for whatever reason.
